Decent spot, with close amenities. The problem we encountered were paper thin walls and lack of resources in the unit. We heard every conversation and tv show of our neighbors, sometimes late at night. Our unit lacked shampoo, trash bags, and only had three drinking glasses. The units are also heated by base heaters, so you’re either really cold or really hot. For the cost, there are much better options in the area. I almost feel like we feel victim to a scam for the amount we paid. We will seek other options for our next trip, and I advise others to only choose this location if there is a limited amount of options within your budget.

Great location, easy to ski Vail or Beaver Creek. Condo was spacious and everything was clean and stocked. Hot tub was a great amenity.

Unit is just as advertised, with direct shuttle access to Beaver Creek and Vail ski resorts. Easy and accommodating check-in and check-out. Great value and location.

Great location in Avon! This small 2 bed, 2 bath condo was perfect for the 4 of us. Probably wouldn't be comfortable with many more people. Well stocked kitchen, gas fireplace, nice bathrooms, comfortable beds. The décor is a little odd but we enjoyed the place.
