It is a good two separate/attached apartments which are convenient for a big group of travelers whether friends or family. Close access to almost everything and four blocks from Copacabana beach. David would do everything to make your stay pleasant and enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Traveling to Rio in a large group. This house was perfect! Great location with multiple grocery stores and pharmacies very close by. Many options for food in walking distance. Rather you want a quick bite and a beer or want to sit down and enjoy a nice meal. Close to the beach, about an 8 minute Walk straight shot. David was probably the best host I've ever dealt with. Very helpful well before we arrived and all the way until we left. We had one problem with the hot water not working in one area, but it was fixed the same day. Wifi worked good in all areas. Amenities were good. We were easily able to swap out towels and bed sheets as needed, and the washer and dryer was available for use. The neighborhood felt safe and we didn't have any issues. If we visit Rio again there's no doubt we will be looking to stay at David's Penthouse again!

The way David and his team were from booking to checking out was tremendous. Due to our flight coming in the middle of the night Ariano was there ready to greet us and show us around. We booked both penthouse and asked that all rooms have a full/queen/king size bed and they made sure all rooms were as requested. Security is 24/7 downstairs and then there is another layer of security with the door that is before the two penthouse that stays locked. This place is literally a couple blocks away from the beach, so walking there is simple. In addition, uber is really easy to use to get to the place after being out. David also connected me with someone that does tours or even just pick up and drop off at airport.

David’s place was great! David was also an incredible host and helped with lots of recommendations. We are very glad we stayed at his Penthouse!
