We stayed at Sylvie's place for a month. We felt at home right away. The house is very clean and it has everything you need. John was even kind enough to buy new kitchen stuff even when he didn't have to. He helped us a lot to learn about the place, where we can go for errands and things we need. The place is walking distance to a grocery and there are a lot of great restaurants around that you can reach by foot. It is very near to a bus stop and few blocks away from the nearest metro. Both Sylvie and John are very friendly and they made us feel very welcome

Sylvie (and John) are fantastic hosts! Not only are they very responsive but continually offered to help with any needs we had! The place was very clean and spacious and worked well for all four of us (2 humans, 2 pups). They provided all essentials and even offered to provide things such as paper towels and toilet paper! Our stay was during the winter and they kept the footpaths clean and clear of snow so there was no issues with slipping and sliding. Parking is so easy with several streets nearby. There are several parks and places to get a good exercise in, for both humans and dogs with a dog park less than 10 mins walk from the location! The only issues we had were a missing cabinet door, the laundry is not in unit but in the basement and shared, and the backyard was not inaccessible but never truly enjoyed due to construction on the back patio the duration of our stay. These are minor but should have been mentioned ahead of time. I’d still HIGHLY recommend this place :)

Super chouette appartement, correspondant à l annonce. Tout s y trouve pour passer un bon séjour ou « atterrir » dans un nouveau pays, tel que cela a été notre cas. Et s’il vous manque quelque chose, Sylvie et John font en sorte de rapidement vous mettre à disposition des objets complémentaires. Notre chien a aussi été très bien accueilli. Seul petit bémol, l escalier arrière étant en réparation nous devions faire le tour par l avant pour accéder au jardin mais cela n était pas trop contraignant et notre chien a très vite préféré aller au parc à chiens à 8 min de l appartement. Le quartier est très agréable avec tout ce qu il faut pour vivre et profiter de la vie montréalaise. Et les bus à 2 min permettent de se déplacer super facilement. Sylvie et John sont très accueillants et disponibles pour toute demande.
