I have only good things to say about Piazza di Spagna9 after our recent stay. The apartment was as pictured (the view is actually better!) and the location is hard to beat. Franco and team were extremely responsive to all of our needs. 10/10 would stay again.

Amazing apartment, overlooking Spanish Steps. Has the feel of a luxury boutique hotel and the warmth of a family home. Each bedroom has an onsite, for those with children the curtains are black out and the apartment is so quiet. Franco is the perfect host. Trust his recommendations on tours and restaurants, you won’t be disappointed.

Franco and Emanuele were amazing host. They met us at the apt upon arrival. Both were super responsive with all our questions and suggestions. The apt looked exactly like the pictures and the location couldn't be any better. They even booked dinner reservations for us. Our favorite by far was Al 34. You MUST order the meatballs and the King Burrata. We'll be back for sure!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Piazza Di Spagna9. The place is welled decorated as described. The location is perfect! Close to shopping areas, nice cafes and restaurants and everything you need! The host is very responsive and helpful, promptly responses to our requests and always try to help and recommend the places to visit!

This place is magnificent. Our family enjoyed living in such a stylish place in the middle of everything for a few days. We hope to return again! Franco was very helpful with bookings for airport transfer and dinner reservations. He is an excellent host.
