Wir waren als 2 Familien mit 9 Personen für 10 Tage in der Villa. Positiv: tolle Aussicht, super Pool, sehr gute Ausstattung, freundlicher Verwalter, sehr gute große Küche, ruhige Lage, tolle Natur, Sauberkeit. Negativ: hauptsächlich fehlende Frischluft (Fenster führen zu mit Glaselement abgedecktem Lüftungsschacht) und entsprechenden Feuchtigkeitsschäden im vierten Schlafzimmer. Diesen Mangel wollte der Gastgeber auch nicht anerkennen trotz Fotodokumentation. Der Ausfall von der Warmwasserversorgung bei defektem Boiler wurde hingegen mit einer angemessenen Erstattung entschädigt.

Our family had a lovely stay at this beautiful villa. The view from the house and in particular the pool deck is gorgeous, we all enjoyed the large (and very clean) pool and the kitchen was great for family meals together. You need a car to stay at this property and it is well located for exploring the local area.

Wonderful mountainside villa for our family of four. We originally booked thinking a few other family members would be joining and there was definitely space in the villa for 8 or more people! The views were spectacular - the photos really don't do it justice. The pool is great for kids especially in the afternoon heat. We really enjoyed our stay and Alexander and Franco were such wonderful hosts. We frequented Pietrasanta and Forte dei Marmi while we were out there and went to a very fam friendly beach club that Alexander recommended that my kids truly enjoyed! You can't go wrong with this place and the AC works so well in the summer heat.
