I stayed during covid so no pool or gym etc...so can't speak to those amenities. The place was fine and Pascal lives in the bldg so any issues he is right there to handle them. Internet had some problems but they were fixed within the hour every time. I stayed a month so I thought the price was fair. It was my first time in Malate and I walked around a lot. If it wasn't for covid you can walk to a lot of places like parks and museums but they were closed for us. I even walked to China town. Robinsons and local food is close. Wet market is close. Building was pretty quiet but my next door neighbor home schooled her kids and she is a loud talker but with my music or TV on I did not hear her. I thought the door people and desk lady could of been nicer overall and they typically did not open the doors for me or my GF. It is the first place I have stayed where the door people were not overly friendly. Not all but nost of them seemed to busy on their phones to open a door. I think especially now with covid they should be opening the door but it's a pretty standard practice anyway in the Phils so I was kinda surprised they did not...maybe they didn't like me? who knows. All in all it was good and you cn feel safe renting it IMO.

Pascals listing is a very accurate representation of his rental. The view of Manila bay is great and the breeze coming from the bay made it always pleasant. The area has a lot to offer, many Restruants and things to do close by. Close by is Robinson mall that had everything we needed as well as more. The tower is very quite, we felt like we were the only ones there most of the time. We took advantage of the gym every morning and with laundry service available for a very reasonable fee is so convenient. The most impressive thing about this property is its host Pascal. He was always fast to communicate with any questions and made the check in / out so easy. It was our pleasure staying here and meeting Pascal. We look forward to staying again next time were in Manila.

The place is very large with lots of room. You can also smoke on the balcony which is a big plus for us smokers. Fully functional kitchen. Pascal was extremely helpful in pointing out local amenities and routing. In addition the building staff were quite nice and very pleasant! Would stay there again for sure.

Very comfortable house clean and tidy. The landlord is very warm ！It was really a wonderful experience！
