Excellent location and perfect size for a family for 4 (2 adults and 5 and 3 year old). Beautiful view from bedrooms and pool area. Steven answered all queries quickly and was very friendly. You can tell it's a loved home, not just a holiday house. Clean, drinking water tap a bonus!, Pool lovely size and pool was also cleaned regularly. House stocked with everything you need. If you have really young children (just toddling) just be aware there are steps up to the property and around the pool.

Très bien placée, au calme avec vue imprenable, la maison est de taille parfaite (.Nous étions 4) Cuisine très bien équipée, différentes terrasses extérieurs, piscine vue mer. Les commodités sont à portée de pieds(resto, épicerie, plage). Steven a été très réactif en repondant tres vite à mes questions et nous donnant conseils et adresses. La ville de Binebicca, proximité de l aéroport (sans les inconvenients) et de Manon complètent les atouts de cette maison.

We would thoroughly recommend Steven’s villa as somewhere to stay in Binibeca. This is our fifth year in the resort and Steven’s property represents the best value for money we have experienced. Location is superb, just a short walk from beach, supermarket and a number of restaurants. Steven was proactive to check we arrived and all was ok. He was also extremely quick to respond to our queries. The villa itself has everything you need. Lovely swimming pool in the sun, fully equipped kitchen and great sea views. We have two small boys and the property was perfect for a family of 4. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the villa to our friends and will likely come back again ourselves.

Hemos estado 12 dias con un niño de 4 años y la pistina genial! La casa esta muy bien equipada y la zona es muy tranquila pero con todos los servicios ademas de preciosa!!! Muy recomendable para descubrir Menorca.

Steven’s villa was as described providing the perfect holiday home for my wife & son. The grounds are bigger than expected but the tiled patio area & pool overlooking the sea from distance were the highlights. The new / modern kitchen with filtered water on tap (no carrying heavy bottles of water here) together with the modern shower room complimented this villa & eclectic furniture wonderfully. Steven is a very responsive & personable host. I would thoroughly recommend this villa & we hope to return in the not too distant future.
