Absolutely beautiful place with a great location right next the the ocean. The place was welcoming, clean and comfortable. Made the end of our trip wonderful! The staff at this resort are also amazing. Some people we just won’t forget ;)

Great location, modern space and walking distance to pools, beaches, Coral Cove and restaurants. My family of 4 stayed comfortably there for a week and had a great time! Billy is a super responsive host and listing accurately matched experience. Can’t wait to go back to USVI soon!

We had the best time staying at Billy's place! It was within walking distance to Margaritaville which is where we spent a lot of time enjoying their pool and beach. There was a restaurant with great food very close and the pool was right near it as well. There is a shuttle service the resort offers for free that will take you to the front desk to catch a taxi. The front desk people were very friendly and super helpful! We cannot recommend this place enough. We hope to stay here again!

Beautiful apartment with easy access to Margaritaville hotel, the delicious “Sun and Sea Bar & Grill”, and to the gorgeously charming, Coki Point Beach! Whereas Billy was very nice, flexible, responsive and helpful, his manual’s written instructions urging guests to “REMOVE ALL TRASH or incur an additional cleaning fee” repeated on three separate occasions, coupled with a $150 cleaning fee for my single-night stay, left me feeling quite unwelcome. I’m not sure what past experience caused him to write his manual so condescendingly towards all his guests, but I certainly did not deserve to feel like I was unable to throw a soap wrapper in the trash bin, and be charged $150 for simply throwing the towels/linens that I barely used once, in the wash. I’m the kind of person that doesn’t bring back a single gram of sand to keep a place clean. (Which per his manual, would also incur an additional cleaning fee, by the way.) Thanks for everything but, I don’t believe I would stay there again.

Billy’s place was wonderful. I wish there would have been coffee in the unit but overall everything was great. The bed is super comfy! You can’t go wrong with eating at Sun and Sea. The residents and staff at the resort were so friendly and helpful. Be ready to walk a lot. The hills and stairs are a lot but the view and area is immaculate.
