Das Haus ist eine schöne Mischung aus Altbau und Neubau. Noch nie so ein top ausgestattetes Haus gesehen. Alles war sehr sauber und sehr schön hergerichtet. Jederzeit gerne wieder !

Beautifully! The pictures do not do it justice. The property is clean, modern and beautifully decorated. The large TV projector, billiard table, „football“ kicker-table kept all much entertained. Great kitchen and great space for gathering and spending time together. The location is also unbeatable. The property is in the middle of downtown. It is literally next to the brewery, great restaurants, bars and shops in the downtown area. There is a bus stop across the street if one prefers not to walk or needs to get to train station or other places further away. All our local „Bayreuth“ visitors could not believe that such an awesome property existed right downtown. Bea, thank you for sharing your home with us!

Really nice location within easy walking distance to the old town. The house is very spacious with a lot of interesting places to work, play, or rest inside or outside. The eclectic furnishings were fun. Very well equipped kitchen.

We were a group of eight friends staying at Beas villa for a whole week during the Bayreuther Festspiele. The house was fantastic and surpassed our expectations in every way, richly equipped and with a fantastic garden and a pool table that was fequently used. We will surely book it again if we will attend the festival again.
