We had an amazing time and a great view of the eclipse! If you like walking, hiking, fishing, bird watching, star gazing and foraging this place is for you! I did not read the full description and missed the part with no wifi or cell service until check-in day (lol) BUT it was so nice not being "plugged in". We are planning a summer trip so we can pretend like we are at summer sleep away camp! P.S. keep an eye out for Bald eagles and beavers!

Another wondrous experience At Beaver Lake! I brought a good friend who is not familiar with Missouri or the Ozarks. We are nature lovers. “Exceeded expectations” was her comment. You are surrounded by amazing, undisturbed nature and creatures of every kind, including otter. Every hour it’s a new nature show. Great birding spot. Male Wood Ducks, osprey, various warblers etc

Amazing property. Beautiful sunsets, peaceful setting, and lots of wildlife. If you're looking to drop off the grid and connect with nature, this is the place.

This was a great location to get away from the city and be out in nature! We loved the pond and all the wildlife near by. We had a great tour of the remaining mushroom farm and got to learn more about the farm's old process of growing shiitake mushrooms. The creek near by was a great place to get in the water. The road in was a bit rough but overall a great experience!
