Kathie’s place is adorable, charming, and comfortable all at the same time. Kathie is a lovely hostess and went above and beyond to make me feel at home. I will definitely return to Kathie’s when I visit Wilmington again!
Kathie was a fantastic host! The location was perfect and the room was ideal for traveling solo (or with a guest). Communication was easy from planning through checkout and I’ll definitely stay again if I’m in the area.

Oh my gosh! Kathie’s place is so cute and very beach chic! Kathie is so nice and extremely welcoming. Highly recommend her place for anyone visiting Wilmington.

Kathie Jordan is a charming, professional, southern lady who enjoys meeting new people. While working at Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Realty I make dreams come true by finding homes so that people can relocate to this coastal community. It has so much to offer. If you love the beach or the historical downtown. Wilmington will be for you. I enjoy walking the 2 1/2 mile loop at Wrightsville Beach or sitting by the water at Dockside Restaurant with friends. Shag dancing is one of my loves. Great exercise too. Reading can be another of my relaxations. I look forward to welcoming you to my home. I only book to ladies please.
