Baleal Island is a unique place. Even though it's not an island anymore, it feels like one. You'll be surrounded by the ocean by all sides, and you can easily check the surf conditions on both coasts of Baleal.
There are two small restaurants on the island, Mundano and Tasca do Ganhão. And 3 other snack-bars.
The vibe is unlike any other, from the fisherman's beach, where you can see the boats arrive after a fishing day, to the Cebola's Cove, totally sheltered from all winds and facing the sun.
And the entire place seems to be an auditorium to both the sunrise, and sunset, whichever you prefer.

On the island, parking can be difficult during the summer months, especially at the weekend. However, this apartment has some parking spaces close, that are easy to find available outside of the busiest hours.
The closest bus station is out of the island, about 300 meters away.
