非常美妙的地方，房东为我们预备了早餐，院子里面景色非常好，可以步行到周围的景点，非常方便。我非常喜欢屋子里的小窗户！

房东人很好！房间里面还给我们准备了麦片、牛奶、橙汁、面包……厨具调味料各样齐全，能自行做出丰富的一顿饭菜！房间很干净 整洁！很满意的一次名宿！有机会还回来！

As evidenced by other reviews, Carole's place is perfection. The garden is the most peaceful, private sanctuary with 2 sets of tables & chairs, and chaise lounges for relaxing. Stunning views and bird sounds galore. The cottage is so incredibly efficient. There is nothing lacking that you could need, and if there were, Carole is available nearby to assist. The bed is in the loft, but the stairs are solid and handrails are available. Light switches are everywhere, convenient and well-labeled. Sitting furniture is comfortable and clean. We never turned on the TV, but it's available. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes for preparing meals, and the breakfast foods that Carole provided us lasted 3 days. We very much appreciated the Nespresso machine and the kettle. The bathroom is spacious with an excellent rain shower, plenty of hot water and generous towels. We opted NOt to do the Sintra one day just so we could stay and enjoy the cottage ambiance and views. Perfection.

This cute little cottage was a charming place to stay within 5 minutes walking of the center of Sintra. Combination of rustic charm with a lovely modern bathroom and very comfortable bed. Carole was a very helpful and friendly host who provided much helpful information. Carole provided breakfast items, milk, juice, coffee, eggs, yoghurt, jam, cereal (and more) and tidied up during our stay. We were very happy with our stay here and would not hesitate to recommend. You must be able to navigate stairs as the cottage is a number of steps down, overlooking the lovely scenery below.

The place is amazing! Carole is amazing! I would wholeheartedly recommend this magical cottage to everyone! It's everything you see in the photos and more. It's romantic and secluded, but at the same time - in the middle of the historical center. We were never bothered by anyone and Carole took such good care of us that if we visit Portugal again - it will be in big part because of her! Stop looking at the reviews and just book your stay now!
