Perfect Parisian apartment experience! The place is exactly as described and more - thoughtfully and stylishly decorated with a lovely balcony looking out on a quiet street. One evening I could hear a choir practicing in the building opposite, it was lovely. Yes there are a few steps to the 5th floor so that might be a consideration for you but the view is worth it and it’s a very well maintained historic building. Sébastien was great to deal with, very responsive and I would happily return.

Sébastien’s apartment is stunning! It’s located by a train station in a fairly quiet neighborhood. There are several great restaurants, cafes, and bakeries to go to. I highly recommend Le Comptoir in the area. The balcony is a lovely perk and feels essential on hot days. Unfortunately there is no laundry in his unit or building but I used the laundromat up the road and it was quick and seamless. Sébastien is communicative and a friendly host. I’d definitely recommend his space and hope to return soon!

Amazing stay! Easy to check in, locate great local spots thanks to recommendations, super close to metro station, supermarket nearby. The flat was lovely, spacious, great wifi if you are working, and lovely balcony! 100% would stay again.
