Terri’s cozy little Airbnb is the perfect place to stay in the Yosemite area. We loved the location and easy proximity to the park. The place was clean and well organized and Terri was super helpful and responsive. Would highly recommend to other travelers.

Location: Perfect to visit Yosemite - about an hour’s drive north to Yosemite Valley. Lovely coffee shop Cloud’s Rest in town. Groceries and fuel available in town too. The unit is in a quiet residential area. Noise: Generally it was super peaceful. However the next door neighbours have two quite barky dogs who appear to be kept in the yard, so they are pretty noisy in an otherwise perfectly quiet area. Privacy: Great privacy in the cabin and the hot tub, screens in all the right places. Communication: Excellent communication and very clear instructions about how to check in, wifi, etc. Amenities: Fab! Hot tub, books, smart TV with Netflix, hot shower and full kitchen, washer and drier… everything you need! Bed was verrrrrry comfy, we slept really well apart from the dogs’ barking. Cleanliness: Excellent with one exception - the bathroom mats were damp. A bit unpleasant to stand on someone else’s damp bathroom mats, bit of an ick. There was also a leaking crack in the toilet cistern.

For the money, you can’t beat staying here. It was cheaper than a hotel room and offered a lot more privacy and space. You get what you pay for, nothing was super renovated/fancy but it had all the essentials for a few nights stay. Everything was clean with the exception of the shower. It has one of those sliding doors that’s very hard to clean and was quite gunky/moldy. I think if we were in Oakhurst again, we would stay here again.

This place was perfect for our visit to Yosemite as it was only 45m away. It had everything we needed and the host was very responsive. The only discomfort was the bed. It was old and squeaky, the mattress was too soft for us.

We enjoyed our stay at Terri’s niche..it was super clean cozy and spacious.she is super responsive and friendly.kitchen is well stocked.bathroom is spacious and clean.we liked the sunroom.stores and restaurants are only a mile away…it was a nice vacation.
