Sono stato ospite della Sig.ra Caterina per un weekend affittando l’intera struttura. Location elegante in un contesto davvero incantevole. L’ospitalità è stata ineccepibile e la pulizia perfetta. Altrettanto disponibile la padrona di casa. Risposte sempre celeri e precise. Lo consiglio a chiunque. La casa essendo molto grossa e con muri molto spessi non ha un’ottima copertura Wi-Fi, ma in un paesaggio del genere forse è meglio dimenticarsi del telefono.

We could not have booked anything more perfect for our wedding. The property and surrounding views are beautiful. Our guests kept asking us how we found the place. It is truly breathtaking. Caterina was a wonderful host. We had the most amazing time and we can’t thank Caterina enough. We would recommend Castello di Tassara in a heartbeat.

Wonderful building, spacious rooms, beautiful views, informative host. The pool was a huge hit with the children in our group. We booked the entire facility for a large extended family for 10 days planning on doing most of the cooking ourselves but found the self catering kitchen to be limited. The main kitchen was being used by Anna, a chef available for hire the month we were there, who we used several evenings and were very impressed with her meals. She also provided us a delicious breakfast each morning.

We booked Caterina’s castello for our wedding and stayed on the property for 3 nights. Venue: We hadn’t seen the venue in person before booking and used photographs to plan our big day. But when we arrived and Caterina gave us a tour of the castello we were pleasantly surprised! It is so much more beautiful, cozy, and tranquil that we could have imagined! Caterina has placed a lot of thoughtful design elements across the castello and every day we would notice something new and interesting that would connect us to the history of the castello and Italy. Overall it is an amazing property that is well kept and maintained - 5 stars! Host: OMG Caterina is THE BEST host hands down. Her level of hospitality, care, and organization is above the super host status. It should be something like an exceptional super host. Here are a few reasons why: 1. Everywhere on the property you have drinkable water and Caterina provides every room with swell bottles. 2. Every bathroom is equipped with all necessities that are also environmentally friendly as they are in glass as opposed to plastic (little details like this wowed is daily) 3. Caterina is ALWAYS available if you need anything be it something small like a recommendation for a local pizza place or a big favor such as extra towels when all our wedding guests got soaked in the rain (50 people) as well as offered to help with transportation. 4. Organization is exceptional. We requested breakfast for all of our guests who stayed at castello and in the village of Tassara (around 24 people) and we would have delicious hot breakfast everyday on time with the coziest place setting and view. In addition, Caterina helped us find all our things that we left across the castle during the hectic wedding day and placed them in a basket which was so helpful and thoughtful (The castle is bigger than it looks in pictures, so it is easy to lose sight of things if not organized). Overall, it is a gem of a place. The location is remote but that’s the charm of this place. Everyday you wake up to the most stunning views and sunrise. Property has everything you need for a comfortable stay and you probably don’t even need to leave it if you really want to...but if you do it is surrounded by wineries, authentic restaurants, and beautiful viewpoints. We loved Caterina’s place so much that we would try to come back and bring our family together again and again! We highly recommend Catello DiTassara to all visitors and especially wedding couples!
