We were looking at a launchpad for 3 guys who were working in NYC for 6 weeks. We weren't picky but price was a big issue and convenience was paramount. George's place was more expensive than other places we looked at but he was super responsive to all of our questions and that made us comfortable spending more than we initially wanted to. It is important to note that the proximity from NYC was a little murky from the reviews and is not accurately represented. This place is MORE convenient to get to key points in Manhattan than if you lived in Manhattan. It is literally 1 block from the train and because you are the last stop, the train is empty when you get on so you always have a seat. The train ride to 42nd street is about 18 minutes so head to toe, you are 30 min (or less) from the apartment to 42nd street. The apartment was clean and move in instructions were clear and easy. El apartamento de George tiene una ubicación inmejorable. Hemos estado 4 personas muy cómodamente. Las camas son geniales. Lo mejor, en 20 minutos llegas a Times Sq y al ser la primera parada de la línea N W, siempre tienes sitio para sentarte en el vagón. El barrio es muy seguro. Repetiriamos aquí sin dudarlo.

We stayed for a week and overall had a great stay. pros: - host is very responsive - location is very close to a metro station to go to popular locations in Manhattan - the place is big for NYC standards with lots of room - beds and pillows are comfortable Cons: - this problem is rampant in NYC but there were tiny cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom

I love this place is well located close to the metro station, I find a variety of restaurants and markets. We did a trip as a family for mother's day and we enjoy this place veru much is nice and quiet.

nous n avons pas eu la chance de faire la connaisaance de Georges car il etait en vacances mais il avait tout organisé pour que nous puissions récupérer les clefs sans difficulté. la situation géographique de l appartement est top : 3 minutes a pied de la station de métro qui nous amène (sans changement) en 20 minutes à Times Square. il y a plein de tres bons fast food dans la rue de l appartement et des superettes. l appartement est tres agréable et fidele aux photos. les lits sont tres confortables et la piece de vie tres bien. la seule petite chose qui nous a manqué est un double des clefs car mes enfants qui sont grands rentraient plus tard le soir et je devais les attendre pour descendre leur ouvrir la porte de l'immeuble. merci Georges nous reviendrons chez vous sans problemen si l occasion se présente
