We enjoyed our stay. It’s a lovely rustic place for people who don’t mind nature coming into the living space! Be prepared to encounter small critters (frogs, bats) in this jungle home. It is beautiful and peaceful, with monkeys in the trees outside. The bioluminescent kayaks are a must-do, and we loved the snorkel tour to tortuga island.

If you want to have a private stay and have a unique experience, this is your choice. The house is very clean and safe. We had the entire cottage to ourselves. We saw many animals, like big frogs, geckos, apes, and birds. The breakfast was a dream. They both give you many suggestions, and you can book trips with them at a good price. They have their own team who do the trips, which are very professional. During dry season it can get hot, but this was expected before booking.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful tree house. 🙂 Vigdis and Thomas were great and so helpful! The location was beautiful and very peaceful. We really enjoyed the bioluminescence kayak tour at night with Juan. The whole experience was very relaxing, even though we were only there for a short time. It was very cool to hear the howler monkeys calling in the early morning and I was also able to watch them in the trees while having a swim before breakfast. The night was hot but we appreciated the fans in our room. There were no mosquitoes in our room so we didn’t need the bug nets. The water at the beach was calm and shallow with no waves. Thanks for a great stay!

One of the most unique and beautiful stays of not only my trip, but also of most holidays I can think of. My friend & I felt completely at ease, and only wished for one thing.... to stay there longer! If travelling to Costa Rica, make sure to book this place for as long as possible to truly enjoy every sound and sight that is literally on your doorstep. We felt at home, and Eveyrine, who works at Baha Rica, is kind and caring. We can't thank Vigdis & Thomas enough for hosting us.
