Comfortable home with gorgeous views. Kitchen was well stocked, bed was very comfortable. Private and felt off the beaten path yet accessible to Waterbury center, Stowe, and Burlington. There were sightings of the owner/family on the outside of the property but it was ok.
This was one of our best Airbnb stays. Karen’s place is surrounded by beautiful mountain views with lots of decks and patio space to sit and enjoy the views. The house is very clean and comfortable with a great kitchen, dining and living space. Karen is so responsive and welcoming - and gave us easy to follow directions. We look forward to coming back again.

Great spot for a small group ski trip or visit to the local towns. Karen is a great host and is very kind and responsive.
Karen’s place was perfect for a long weekend in the mountains. The location is convenient to access any of the ski areas in the region. We cooked all of our meals in the well stocked kitchen and slept very comfortably after long days of skiing!

Let me first share pets are not allowed. I've lived in Vermont for over 40 years and enjoy the close relationship with nature we Vermonters have. No day goes by without a view of critters on my property or a change in the weather that determines what I'll be doing. I enjoy hiking (Green Mountain Club Hdq is just down the road), kayaking in the Waterbury Reservoir, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, gardening, cutting wood, oil painting, traveling to Paris and Montreal. I visit my daughter in Maui every winter and let my house out to skiers on a long term rental. I enjoy sitting on the deck looking at the mountains with a glass of wine at the end of the day and think this is the life!
