Jayne is a wonderful host. I loved the house and the location was perfect for my needs in Baltimore. Parking was easy.

Welcome hOMe lived up to the name! Jayne provided a welcoming, calm and quiet space for me to call home base while visiting old friends in my old neighborhood. A room without a tv is perfect for me and the shared bathroom worked out fine. There was a bit of traffic noise, but for the most part it was really quiet. Being surrounded by so many old trees felt like a nature retreat, even so close to the city. This is a one of a kind place that I hope to return to frequently in the future.

I enjoyed staying here. Jayne is friendly and helpful. The yard is beautiful and the room worked really well for me. I would definitely stay here again.

I am a student and was rotating at GBMC for 5 weeks, I stayed in Welcome hOMe 3. There was enough space for all of my clothes and personal belongings. There is a lounging chair on the side of the room that is not pictured. The room is nice, sunny, and very nice. The bathroom is shared between 2 other guests (if the rooms are occupied) but I never had an issue. Jayne cleans it regularly and before a new guest so it was always very clean. The kitchen can feel crowded if everyone is preparing food at the same time. The fridge is shared between everyone and can get crowded so I ended up going to the Giant (less than a 5 min drive) every other day or so to get food instead of doing weekly shopping trips. There is more than enough parking spots, so that is not an issue. It's very close to GBMC (about 10 min drive) and Towson University's library (10-15 min) which is open to students from all universities. The neighborhood is nice and I felt safe running outside. There is a washer and dryer in the basement. The basement is the only place in the house where you can smell that cats live there (litter box is in basement). Other than that, it is very clean everywhere. The cats are very cute and although I have been allergic to cats in the past, I kept them out of my room and had no problems. Jayne's boyfriend, Dallas, is friendly and made me feel comfortable while sometimes I felt like I was in the way with Jayne. I worked 12 hour shifts 3-4 times a week so on my days off, I often felt like I was in the way and not welcome to study at the table (there is no desk in room 3). There is a nice screened in porch area that was nice to eat in and a nice patio, as well. Overall, it was a good stay but for longer trips/students/weird work hours, I would recommend one of the bigger rooms.

Nice house and nice room. Jayne is very hospitable and accommodating. House also includes the cutest cat who may greet you on arrival. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Had plenty of parking which is convenient.
