This one bedroom studio apartment on the first floor abounds with sunlight! Its charm further enhances the balcony with the best overview over the garden, over the wild cherry tree, shy olive trees, and a gorgeous cedar! The apartment comfortably fits two persons, and it consists of the bedroom area, kitchen and lounge area, balcony and bathroom (shower and toilet). Our house is in walking distance to the beach, the main green area, and about a kilometer away from the historic center. Our house is situated in a residential area of Rovinj known as 'Centener' and we are hosting guests for already almost half a century. The house is surrounded by its garden, where cedar, olive, and cherry trees provide a pleasant view of greenery. The location is in walking distance to the beach, and about a kilometer away from the Old Town. For guests that like to be active, there are plenty of options. The neighborhood offers several outdoor playing areas: for basketball, tennis, and football. However, within just a few minutes of relaxed walk, you can easily access to the city's main green area which follows the south coast of Rovinj, being a perfect spot to enjoy the nature, walk, run or cycle through the forests, or just to swim and sunbath. Definitely worth a couple of hours walk, alternatively get a bike at one of the numerous rent-a-bike places (the closest is literally across the street). Heading straight to the northwest from the house, in 10-15 min you will find yourself in the historic center of the picturesque Old Town, and that is aside from being an ancient and colorful place, also well known as a place offering countless restaurants. For those that like to stay closer to 'home' there is a restaurant 70 m away and a supermarket 100 m away.
