Phil and Andrea’s place was lovely, very clean, and decorated with art and pieces from all over the world which was a lovely touch. My sister and I felt safe in the neighbourhood and the house. They were very helpful and responsive to any questions we had.

This was one of my favorite stays! Phil and Andrea were thoughtful, communicative, and so kind. Check in was very straightforward, as their directions to the house and instructions for check in were so detailed, and when I came in, I was welcomed by a delicious slice of homemade cake! The space was super cute and comfortable, decorated with artwork from their travels. The house and backyard are also so beautiful. The novelty of climbing a ladder to get to the bed never wore off. It's also very easily accessible by bus and the Seattle transit system is simple to figure out. Phil and Andrea labeled everything clearly and left helpful instructions and house guidelines. I loved seeing the pristine tap water fact sheet and the local bird guide on the fridge. Fat's Chicken & Waffles and Metier Brewing Company are within walking distance and I highly recommend.

Phil and Andrea's place felt like home! It was a pleasure to be hosted by them. We were greeted with sweet treats and recommendations, enjoyed the home surroundings, and loved that it was central to everything we wanted to see. Thank you for the great stay!

A great experience staying in the Loft with Phil and Andreas. The mattress was comfortable, and the airbnb was well decorated and had so many things I didn't even consider. The location was great with many wonderful restruants and easy access to transit. Definately felt like I was at home and greatly appreciated the relaxed check out process. Would definately be back.
