Very responsive, friendly and accommodating hosts who are as involved as you’d like them to be. Location is close to endless things to do, safe property. On top of that, they have a the guest house cleaned every Friday which is an extra bonus!

Stayed at Justin & Alexandra’s guest house for 5 weeks. The guest house is simple, practical, comfy and clean. The mattress was good. It could be hot at time inside during summer time but the air conditioning unit is helping. Very responsive host and very nice. I enjoyed talking couple times with Justin. Will certainly go back to stay there. Surroundings The GH is 1 mile + from the beach. Recommend bikes or e bikes (plenty everywhere). If you use a car there keep in mind that there is not much public parking and the private ones next to the beach are expensive. Great restaurants on Rose Ave and whole Foods not far.

Absolutely amazing hosts. Justin was super proactive and responsive in his communications to me, and moreover, he’s a generous and friendly guy. Justin and Alex made me feel comfortable sharing the property with them (the guest house is private, but close to the main house) and always greeted me and asked about my day when I saw them. Nohemy, the cleaning lady, stopped by once a week and made sure the place was spotless. This was included in the booking fee, and was a great value add. The guest house feels bigger than it looks in the pictures, and never felt cramped. While the kitchen isn’t really a full kitchen, it does in a pinch and is suitable for a single occupant. The property was definitely worth the price. Bright and sunny space, gorgeous yard, and walking distance to the beach and all of the restaurants on Rose. Really, what more could you want?

Wonderful stay! Justin is an incredibly kind and friendly host and it was a pleasure staying at his property. Very private and secluded guest house. Quiet street. A mile walk to the beach and anything you could ever need in between. Unit is much larger than photos make it seem. Comfy beds, fully stocked amenities, airy and bright space, tons of parking. Would rent again in a heartbeat!

I stayed here for a month and it was PERFECTION!! Amazing location! Close to everything in Venice yet in a peaceful, quiet location. Justin and Alexandra were excellent and thorough with their communication. Both very kind, sweet people. I would absolutely stay here again!
