Villa La Alegría is placed at Finca Roche Viejo Land in a rural and quite area at 700m of Cala del Aceite. Paradise for naturists since NOBODY can look into the garden or pool at any corner of the plot. Come to visit Villa La Alegria and feel free! Inside the Finca Roche Viejo there is a charming Villa with a garden of over 1200 m. situated in a natural setting that evokes peace and relaxation. Less than 700 mt from the beach and cliffs of the Roche Coast, it offers views of virgin beaches such as the de la luz coast. It has two double rooms ready to accommodate 4 guests and a rustic style living room with high ceilings that offer exquisite decoration. Villa La Alegria has a guest bedroom ready to accommodate up to three guests more. The guest bedroom is attached to the Villa but with independent entrance and has a private brand new full bathroom insuite (toilet, shower and sink). Booking the guest bedroom will increase the final budget in 140€/block of weeks up to 2 guests. Booking an extra bed in the guest bedoom for the 7th guest will incresae the final budget in 70E/block of weeks. Find an alternative to the beach at Villa Alegria and enjoy your pool among the walled landscaped garden with high walls and plenty of privacy. With a grove and spacious lawn area with outdoor facilities such as a barbecue, Villa Alegria also offers two parking spaces. The porch overlooking the swimming pool makes the perfect space for coffee in the evening. The back terrace is ideal for outdoor lunch because it is near the kitchen and barbecue whilst offering all the comforts for guests. Less than 1.5 km from the fishing port of Conil it is a perfect place to enjoy nature without straying far and at the same time has all the services you could wish for- restaurants, ice cream parlours, bars ... etc Villa Alegria… The perfect home for a happy holidays! Accommodation services are provided with bed linen, all kitchen utensils, and of course pool maintenance and gardening. All this for the comfort and enjoyment of the guests.

Carmen and Juan were excellent hosts. Friendly and warm…. And very attentive . The villa is in a beautiful area… surrounded by field of wheat and sunflowers. With a totally private, gated garden, and private pool… it’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. Conil itself is a charming town…. With lots of beautiful boutique shops, bars and restaurants.

We spent a wonderful week in a beautiful villa hosted by Carmen. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home thanks to the warm welcome we received from Carmen who showed us around and made sure we had everything we needed. The villa itself was immaculate and well-appointed with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. The bedrooms were spacious and airy, and the living areas were bright and airy thanks to the large windows that let in plenty of natural light. We enjoyed the big garden and the pool, everything was perfectly prepared for our arrival. But what really made our stay special was the location. Conil de la Frontera is a stunning coastal town with some of the most beautiful beaches we have ever seen. The villa was just a short walk away from the nearest beach, and we spent many happy days soaking up the sun and enjoying the Atlantic waters. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better holiday. We would highly recommend this property to anyone.
Uiterst warme en behulpzame uitbaters met veel kennis en tips over de omgeving, lokale restaurants, bezienswaardigheden. Volledig omheinde tuin met goed onderhouden zwembad en 100% privacy. Goede bedden. Enkel verwarming via open haard in de leefruimte (brandhout ter beschikking), maar door het warme klimaat heb je meestal geen verwarming nodig. Mooie stranden in de directe omgeving. Een aanrader!
We had a wonderful family holiday at Carmen’s beautiful villa. Carmen and Juan were very helpful and welcoming hosts, flexible with our travel arrangements and providing recommendations for the local area. The villa itself is situated in a great location, close to a lovely beach and also good supermarkets and the town of Conil. It’s well equipped with everything we needed for cooking which was very helpful. It’s the perfect place to completely relax and enjoy family time, in a great location. We would love to return!

Roche Viejo is a rural environment dotted with small plots where you can find quiet and pleasant rural houses, most surrounded by small vegetables gardens where you can buy fresh vegetables directly to producers, or isolated pine trees of what was before the extensive pine forest of Roche, where the people of Conil usually spend the Holidays for your rest. It is a very recommended area to rest, as it is isolated from the main towns, but it is not lacking in services. We can find several campsites, restaurants, grocery stores, supermarket, etc. Conil is located about 4 km, by the road that a Conil with its port Pesquero, the place that should not skip visiting for its fresh fish restaurants. El Pinar de Roche is a protected natural area formed by a pinewood pine forest, located in Conil, which was declared a Place of Community Importance (LIC) in 2006, and integrated in the Natura 2000 network. This is the starting point of hiking and bikes routes, enjoy pic-nics by the river and the spring and autumn fungi collection. If you like nature, this is your place!
It is recommendable to have a car to allow you move around, although the distances are short, you will be in a rural area. Private parking up to 2 cars is available for free in the plot of the Villa.
There is a regular urban bus connecting the fishing Port and the Conil centre.
