Good location-just far away from the hustle and bustle, but easy to get to everything. Very short ride from the airport via car. Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay here for 3 nights. The 377 bus to circular quay stops right in front of the unit. A beautiful walk to Coogee Bay starts just down the hill from the apartment. Walking to Coogee was the highlight for our family. Kids loved the Telstra selection on the TV-they enjoyed all the childrens shows and sports in between our adventures in the area. It's an older well used apartment, so don't expect flashy finishes and the fixtures and shine of a new unit in the city, but the location and responsiveness from Joy make up for that.

Our stay at Joy' s place over Christmas was a truly beautiful holiday. We were able to bring our whole family, including the dogs, which made for a very special trip. Joy is such a humble and easy going host who was very accomadating with our change of circumstances leading up to our stay. She offered wonderful tips on where to park, dine and take the dogs for swims, walks and plays. Communication with Joy was very quick and she offered a lot of details which ensured we knew all the information we needed prior to and throughout our stay. The facilities were wonderful and very clean. Bedding and lounges were very comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was fabulous, the kitchen was fully stocked with all required utensils and the incredible location was the icing on the cake. Joy' s place is perfect for families or a group of young couples traveling together. Everything was so easy which made for a perfect holiday during a usually stressful time of year. I highly recommend Joy' s place and look forward to returning again in the near future. Thank you Joy!
