Yasmina and Paul went above and beyond during our stay - they were fantastic and kind hosts! They went out of their way if we needed something. If that was needing ab EU - US adapter plug or a vacuum to vacuum pack our clothes, they made it happen! The attic itself is exactly as described, you have lots of privacy and you can come and go when you need. There’s a kitchen and bathroom within the attic and the cutest supermarket La placita a few minutes walk away. The train station is a 5 minute walk and it takes you into grand central within 25 minutes. There’s lots of storage in the attic apartment and the area of Mt Vernon is a really lovely quiet place to be, after spending all day in the city with a great soul food place nearby and also lots of other food options. If you’re looking for affordable accommodation near New York, don’t hesitate to book with Yasmina and Paul, you’ll be sure to have a great stay :)

Paul was a great host! Very communicative, caring and generous. He went above and beyond helping us feel at home and gave us a lot of privacy and great recommendations. The train is walking distance and overall, transportation was easy to navigate since it’s close to the bus station too. The neighborhood was quite friendly as everyone seemed to know each other. The Airbnb was cozy and had everything we needed for our stay. Paul has a great system set in place to help us feel safe and comfortable at all times :) would stay here again!

Paul and Yasmina both welcomed us openheartedly. Felt right at home the moment we entered. Had all the amenities as promised & apartment is close to train station which can get you to grand central station quickly. Paul was super friendly and very helpful with his suggestion & tips on how to get around the city which was a huge help for us since we were visiting NYC for the first time. Thanks for the great days!!!

Die Wohnung ist sehr nahe am Bahnhof gelegen und so kommt man optimal und schnell bis zum Grand Central. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und es war sehr sauber! Paul und Yasmina waren sehr hilfsbereit, nett und herzlich. Wir würden auf alle fälle wieder kommen. Danke für die tollen Tage!
