This villa is just as it is in the photos; very modern, spacious and very clean. It is located up a quiet lane way and is very private with high walls surrounding the outdoor garden. The pool area is fantastic with a lovely waterfall feature and hot water shower. We had two young children with us so we got it heated which was expensive but worth it. It is clearly well maintained and was cleaned twice during our 10 day stay. There is a lovely AstroTurf garden so plenty of space for the kids to run around and play too. Outdoor furniture is very good quality. My parents remarked on the comfort of the sun loungers in particular! Lovely outdoor lighting too. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need and the welcome pack of bread, juice, cereal was handy for the night we arrived. Big supermarket 10 minutes walk or short taxi ride away. Fresh bread provided every morning was a lovely touch. 10 minutes walk down to the promenade and lovely bars and restaurants and the beach. Communication with the host was excellent they always replied promptly to texts. Only one issue during our stay. Air con in basement room didn’t work on the Friday we arrived and could not be fixed until the following Wednesday as a part was needed. The main reason we booked the villa was because it had a downstairs room and toilet so my parents could have some privacy. The host did promptly provide us with a mobile air con unit which helped but was a bit noisy. We also had to request a change of towels and sheets after 8 nights so maybe organise this in advance. Rooms were lovely, beds comfortable, very modern bathrooms too. I would absolutely recommend this villa and the company looking after it. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

A very modern and beautifully furnished villa complete with good Wi-fi, T.V in every room, modern pool and garden furniture. It also has up to date kitchen equipment including a Nespresso coffee machine with a plentiful supply of capsules. A welcome pack was supplied including milk, butter, orange juice and ..... a bottle of wine. The villa is located around a 15 minute walk from the restaurants area near the beach. All in all a beautiful and well maintained property with a large integral garage and plenty of internal living space.

The villa is absolutely beautiful and perfect for our stay in Gran Canaria. Communication throughout was great so all questions were answered before we arrived. The villa was a bit hard to find as it is tucked slightly off the main road, but it is a really short walk to the nice shops and restaurants. The villa was fully stocked with everything that you could need and the standard was amazing. I would thoroughly recommend a stay and we would all come again. Great for families or couples.
