We had an amazing time in Hobart. Staying at the loft was the cherry on top. After long days of adventuring around Tassie it was lovely to come home and retreat in this beautiful space. It truly is an urban oasis and so close to everything! Would definitely return- loved every second!

Our stay at The Loft was wonderful! Walking in, I was immediately drawn to the indoor jungle and homely vibe. We loved the clever use of recycled materials throughout and access to the backyard and outdoor bath was a welcome bonus! We decided not to hire a car and found that we could walk everywhere from this location (we're fit and healthy). Be aware that you will need to walk up a decent hill to get here so will not be accessible for everyone on foot. The book/s of guest recommendations was a lovely touch, we enjoyed reading through what previous guests had gotten up to on their trips but did run out of time to add our own! Bec's communication leading up to and throughout our stay was great too. Thank you to Bec and her family for having us, Hobart is a beautiful place to visit, we hope to be back soon!

Rebecca and Paul were always helpful and quick to respond. Nice accommodation and loved the quirkiness! I felt welcome. Salamanca Place is a 20-min walk, some sections of the walk hilly. I recommend for a quiet relaxing stay.

The loft is a wonderful spot to stay if you are looking to explore Hobart and the surrounding area! It's a short walk to many great cafes and restaurants and to the waterfront area where you can catch the ferry to MONA or an assortment of buses for tours, etc. Plus the garden area is a nice spot to spend a slow afternoon reading or to enjoy lunch amid the bustle of seeing the sights of Hobart. The loft was a comfortable size for two people and we loved the eclectic decor!

We had the best week staying in Bec's place. It's tiny, quirky and really well laid out - so it's surprisingly roomy for such a small place. Having access to sit in the garden was a joy. Bec and Paul were so helpful. We'd definitely stay again. Thank you!
