Staying with Mackenzie and Gunlis is a wonderfully unique Airbnb experience. Their home is quiet, warm and inviting, much like the hosts. The ”room” is comfy cozy and lends itself to reading, meditating, and full-on chilling. The wi-fi connection is strong so if you want to binge-watch a show you are set! Mackenzie had a cup of warm herbal tea every morning along with Gunlis’ delicious waffles as I would leave for work at my new job each morning- I was well and truly spoiled. : D

You will be well taken care of, Gunless and McKenzie are very accommodating and gracious hosts with a plethora of knowledge of the area. Their peaceful home is comforting and feels like you have stepped back in time when life was much more simple and less stressful. I highly recommend this home for individuals or families.

Mackenzie and Gunliss go above and beyond with their Airbnb. They made sure I had waffles every morning. They were pleasant people, and I had many good conversations with them! Excellent place to stay!

We can't say enough good things about our stay with Mackenzie and Gunlis. Our hosts are kind, generous people who made us feel welcome in their home. We enjoyed lively conversations with them over breakfast. They've done a wonderful job of restoring their farmhouse and property with a beautiful garden, light-filled rooms, bouquets of flowers and lovely decorative touches everywhere. Our stay with them is one of the happiest memories of our trip.

Mackenzie and Gunlis are such warm, fun, wonderful people! Their home is sparkling clean and beautifully decorated, and the surrounding gardens and paths and sitting areas are relaxing and welcoming. The upstairs space is spacious and cozy, with many thoughtful touches to make you feel welcome and at home. We slept so well in the comfy bed, with a cool breeze coming in through the window and sounds of coyotes and owls and trains in the distance. Such a nice break from our usual city sounds. Yummy homemade waffles and espresso started off our days, and Mackenzie gave us lots of great tips for local activities. We saw a show at the Gorge Amphitheater and though it was a bit of a drive back, it was so worth it to wake up in such a pretty spot. Our hosts were happy to leave the lights on for us and sleeping a bit late the next day was no problem. We enjoyed sunset views along the creek behind their home and watching the wildlife from the backyard. This is a really special place!
