Location was excellent less than 10 minute walk to Parlée Beach. Easy check in. We enjoyed our stay, the beds were comfy & adequate supplies available re: bath towels/face cloths, soaps TP & kitchen items. The outdoors screened in porch was great & let us enjoy our evening meals together as we were 3 adults, 2 kids & 1 infant so needed this space & to avoid mosquitoes. Few issues arose but the hosts were very available & responsive to correct them. Pictures were somewhat accurate but much darker inside. This is a cozy cottage but somewhat dated & does need some upgrades.

For a family beach vacation the location is excellent. But the cottage is dated for families travelling and expecting a good shower and really comfortable beds with nice bedding. The host is very polite and nice. The cottage is a good size but for the price it fell short of what we expected, based on the advertisment description. A few repairs and new bedding would really go along way.

The cottage was an excellent space for our extended family as there are lots of seating areas and we could spread out. It’s bigger than it looks in the photos. The enclosed porch at the back is wonderful and was where we spent most of our time. Bill responded very quickly to any questions we had. The check-in was easy and the Wi-Fi was good . Parlee Beach is a five minute walk and to the left of Parlee is a great beach for dogs to run and swim which we appreciated. The cottage was very clean and contained everything we needed. There are also toys for kids. Beds were comfy and we could get great airflow throughout the house as there were windows everywhere. The cottage is in a quiet area with a wonderful location and we will be back.
