Letizia is a fantastic host, very responsive to our messages and flexible with check-in/out. Letizia made us feel at home, gave us a tour of her apartment and told us of must see locations in Bologna. Apartment is fresh and clean, and the location is phenomenal. If you want to stay in the centre of Bologna and be minutes walk away from sights, bars, shops and restaurants - then this apartment is perfect. It is also very quiet inside the apartment - you’d have no idea you are in the city centre! Highly recommend this place!

Above and beyond our expectations, and cannot say enough good things about the location, the cleanliness, and the amazing host Letizia! She was communicative and wonderful. We hope to be able to stay here again in the future. If you want a perfect spot in Bologna, this is it.

Location could not be more perfect for exploring Bologna. Letizia was super helpful and responded to any questions we had. Flat was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Letizia was a great host, we had easy contact through Airbnb and she kept us informed about traffic congestion in the city. She also offered to help us with transport. The apartment was really nice, we only spent one night there, but it had everything we would have needed for a longer stay. The kitchen was very well equipped and the bathroom was super clean. The day we stayed there it was a little hotter than expected, so the heating could have been turned off for a more comfortable indoor climate, but that was no problem at all, since we could also open the large windows. The location was perfect!! Everything we needed (shops, restaurants, supermarkets, parking garages) was at walking distance in the city. Keep in mind that you are in the middle of the city centre, so there may be noises (also some at night) from the street. However this was not something that really bothered us. Lastly, Letizia left recommendations and a city map in a folder at home. We felt very welcome.
