We stayed in the Duplex flat, which was very modern and clean and has a well equipped kitchen (we made breakfast and lunches in the flat and went out for dinners). The flat is a good size, has modern furniture, great air-con and a nice terrace off the living area where you can sit, eat and look out over Cavtat. The pool is clean and we got loungers every day, although it is a little small so more a plunge pool than swimming pool. Note: there are better views of the bay from flats on the other side of the building, but the duplex view is still nice. Nevas is a great host and is available 9-12AM & 6-9PM for help or advice on local amenities. There is a bus stop 5 mins walk which connects to Dubrovnik and all towns in between. The location is slightly further out than expected, although we liked the walk each night to get to the better restaurants in Cavtat centre, around 35 mins walk from the apartments. You can get to some bars in around 10 mins and more basic restaurants in 20, but the best restaurants are at the main marina. The walk is nice along the sea front and the steps up to the apartment are not as bad as some people described (around 2-3 mins). However, the positive point of being in this location is there are some secluded beaches 5 mins from the apartment, which we had to ourselves on some occasions (note all beaches are stones, no sand beaches in Croatia!) The bus connects to the centre of Cavtat if you don't want to walk, or taxis are available, but the walk is part of the charm!

it s an appart hotel and not a flat to be rent by the airbnb concept... flat is ok, view ok, but there not real closed balcoon. the second bed (sofa) is not confortable and the access to the beach is too long . kitchen has the equipment minimum. for us price is excessive in front of seevices.

The start of our holiday was at the airport and we were greated by a driver who took us straight to the Appartment! We were not disappointed! Wine on our arrival! A very clean and well appointed apartment! Miho and his wife were very friendly and helpful in every regard! Offering us a lift to an out of town restaurant, advise on where to go shopping,meals etc etc The apartment was great for two of us! Everything you need to prepare snackss ! To be truthful we are out all the time! Fantastic views and great pool. Fresh towels when we wanted them and the Appartment cleaned everyday! The resort of Cavtat was lovely, enough to see and do! We took the boat to Doubronik and the apartment was well placed to catch the boat across! We also went on a island tour from here! The pool although small was clean and big enough to cool down and there were plenty of beaches and rocks to swim from too! Just be mindful when you book there are a lot of steps down to the main strip and this can be challenging in the heat and after a night out! Would we go back! Definitely! Thank you!
