A big and lovely apartment close to the beach with a nice view. The living room/balcony opens to the beach and a lively area but the bedroom is at the backside of the apartment so it’s quite at night. Checkin and the whole stay was organized seamlessly.

Awesome apartment in the most perfect location. Stunning views of the bay. You can hear the soothing sound of the waves crashing on the shore from anywhere in the apartment. Our host was very communicative giving us excellent directions throughout our stay, making everything effortless. We can’t wait to book again!

Beautiful spot! The patio is unbelievable and the location is right in the heart of all the best dining / the malecon. The bedroom was super quiet its easy to get the room to a comfortable temperature for sleeping. We loved how easy it was to walk everywhere and really enjoyed just sitting out on the patio taking in the amazing view of the ocean! The building staff were great and it was super easy to check-in and come and go. This area is very lively with a lot going on, and we were so happy to be right in the middle of it!

Location doesn’t get better than this, and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. The apartment overall has lots of character and - most importantly - is super quiet and private. Amenities may benefit from a bit of an uplift, but if you don’t mind a quaint vibe this is just perfect. Communication with the host was prompt and he was nice enough to let us check-out a bit later, which was really appreciated. However, we had an issue getting into the building one night (the front desk staff walked away for over 20 minutes and when he eventually showed up, not only he didn’t apologize…he then verbally abused us for complaining). We were shocked. I raised this with the host and his response was inadequate. Other than that distressing but isolated experience (all other staff were super friendly and accommodating), we had a pleasant stay and can definitely recommend the building as safe and well-located.

Jeffrey’s place is perfect and nicer than I was expecting. Just like the photos only better! Amazing balcony with view of the Bay, close to everything, well appointed kitchen, fresh filtered water and super comfy king bed in a separate room that you can make very dark and quiet if you want. Bonus of the sweet roof top pool area! Jeffrey and Adriana were so helpful and responsive, always making sure I was set up with what I needed. Love this place and cant wait to come back.
