Stayed here for a few months and it has everything you need for a good price. It's pretty quiet overall, so it was ideal for getting online work done You can at times hear the family later in the day, but it didn't bother me personally I also seen a few other reviews mention something about being bothered by the scent of spices from when they're cooking, but I didn't really notice anything during the 3-4 months I stayed. I'd say this is great for either a single person or a couple I can only think of 2 small nitpicks 1. The hot water in the shower lasts maybe 10-15 minutes before it starts to get cold. Probably not a huge deal for most, though I sometimes like sitting in it for like 30+ minutes lol 2. The TV seemed older and only had the Netflix app aside from the cable channels, so if you travel a lot and want other apps like Hulu, Peacock, YouTube, I'd recommend getting a Roku/Amazon Fire stick like I have Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend! 🙂 -Arie O

I stayed for a few days over Christmas. It was a perfect location. Easy to check in and get around town. Carlton was great with instructions and communicating proactively. Great stay overall.

-As expected. Small. Clean. Minimal dust. -People living in other area of house; your area is sectioned off via deadbolt locked doors. -Bed is comfy and firm. Bring your own pillow. -Fan and heater located in the closet - much appreciated. BE RESPECTFUL AND UNPLUG WHEN YOU LEAVE! -Nice owners.
