We loved this place. Beautiful rooms, nice pool and amazing view. We were a group of 9 people from ages 2 to 70 and everyone had a great time. Especially impressed by the cleaning crew.

Fantastisk hus, basseng og omgivelser. Silvio er god vert som ordnet alt vi ønsket. To soverom har ikke aircondition. Vi hadde en fantastisk fin ferie med hele familien.

We stayed again in lovely Italy where we stayed 4 years ago, in a different place and house. The price was high for our standards, but we enjoyed the last time so much that we hoped it would be worth it. The choosing for this house was mostly the pool and jacuzzi because of our 4 little children. We had some delay during our drive to Italy, but gladly Silvio was kind enough to wait for us. It wasn’t clear to us that the deposit of €500,- had to be paid on arrival. Luckily, we got most of our deposit back at the end of our stay. The next morning our holiday could start in beautiful Tuscany. The location of the house is amazing! The view is incredible, the outside area is perfect with little children, because of the fence around the terrace. The inside of the house is a bit deprecated; the mattresses are very stiff; the coffee machine was broken and some chairs where not safe to sit on; some wall outlets hanging off the wall and not childproof. We very much enjoyed the pool and gladly the jacuzzi was fixed after a few days and after having contacted Silvio multiple times. We were a bit disappointed to hear that the jacuzzi only works from 13.00 until 19.00 o’clock; when the sun is out, and the solar panels are in full sun. We enjoyed the jacuzzi on the sunny days! Silvio, and also Carlo, thank you for a lovely vacation! We hope this feedback helps you in the future. We had a great vacation, with some points for improvement. We wish you all the best!

Silvios place is better then you see in the photos. House is great, pool and view superb. Silvio is helpful and friendly. Great location- 3,5 km to very good restaurant La Lanterna (try steak Fiorentina), 800 m to winery Tenuta di Morzano (take free testing). Recommend!

Un accueil agréable par Silvio avec qui on peut toujours communiquer et qui est disponible en cas de problème., une belle maison pittoresque et spacieuse, une vue dégagée sur la campagne toscane, un jardin en terrasses avec piscine et jacuzzi, mais, par temps de canicule (40° tous les jours), l'air conditionné serait utile dans les chambres.
