This was our first time at Bud and Sandy's beautiful cottage. We very much loved the garden and the ability to have our coffee right there. The kitchen was fully equipped, and we were greeted with freshly baked goodies, and even a bottle of wine and water. It was so quiet and peaceful! The neighborhood invited for long walks. And it was just a short drive to the many wineries in Russian River Valley. Our sincere thanks to the hosts. We would love to come back!

Charming oasis tucked away in a beautiful and safe historic neighborhood. It was perfectly appointed inside, and had a lovely and relaxing outdoor patio. The hosts were wonderful, considerate and responsive to our questions. Comfortable accommodations and location.

This garden house is beautifully kept and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. The patio and garden are lovely! The wisterias were in full bloom and made for an idyllic backdrop. Very convenient location in a charming neighborhood. Bud and Sandy are very kind and generous hosts. Loved meeting Sandy! She had some great local recommendations and also took extra care to bake delicious gluten free pastries for us since my husband is allergic to gluten. We had a great stay here and would love to stay again!

So charming, and the location is A+. From this Airbnb you can walk around some of Santa Rosa's most beautiful historic neighborhoods, and it's walking distance to a great restaurant and market. A little further, but still very walkable, is downtown. Sandy was incredibly friendly and responsive to any questions I had. She knew my husband and I were searching for a home, and she left the real estate section of the local paper at our door for us, which was really thoughtful! Also, when we arrived, there were croissants, spice cake and wine waiting - all very much appreciated. Overall, I would book here again.
