Absolutely phenomenal location and accommodations. 5 minutes from Siena center and right off main Firenze highway! Beautiful living room, bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms. Views were stunning!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Borgianni. The apartment was beautiful, even better than the pictures. The fresh flowers were a nice touch, and made us feel welcome. Simona's mother was the main contact on site, and she was so charming. The location is optimal for those with a car who want to explore both Siena and the surrounding region. It was so convenient to have supermarkets and city parking at Santa Caterina within a five minute drive, yet the villa still felt rural and quiet.

Beautiful villa/apartment, garden and views. Lovely interiors and a gracious host. We felt at home right away. We highly recommend Villa Caprera for a perfect holiday.

Simona's place was one of my favorite Airbnbs. We absolutely loved the apartment, location and the personalized check-in with Simona's lovely mother, Daniela. We wanted to be away from crowds, but close to activities as well, and this proved to be the perfect place to use as a home base. The views of Siena from the unit and garden were incredible as well. Additionally, Simona's place is one of the rare vacation rentals that looks BETTER in person than the photos. We felt so at peace and at home with all of the personal touches and items that made it feel like a home. Simona also left us a nice bottle of champagne and a bottle of still water in the refrigerator, and Daniela gave us a delicious jar of homemade tomato sauce. We appreciated the nearby, private parking just a short walk from the apartment, and the washing machine. Thank you Simona and Daniela for being such wonderful hosts, we truly enjoyed this tranquil and quiet taste of Tuscany, and will definitely be back!

We booked Simona’s place for two weeks. It was large and clean and beautiful. The views of Siena from many of the windows and from the patio were stunning. This location was perfect for day trips to Montepulciano, Montalcino, Cortona and San Gimignano to name a few. Simona was very responsive and kind. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone who wants peace and quiet, but also to be close to many towns in Tuscany.
