Sehr schöne Villa mit 4 Schlafzimmern und grosser schöner Küche und grossem Salon. Beschreibung im Inserat und Fotos stimmen überein. Das Areal mit dem Pool ist durch eine kleine Strasse und einen Zaun abgetrennt, was für uns mit 3 kleinen Kindern perfekt war. Wir konnten sogar den Pool noch nutzen, obwohl es bereits Oktober war. Es war sehr einfach und nett, mit Daniela zu kommunizieren und wir haben immer schnell eine Antwort bekommen. Vielen Dank für alles!

het huis was ok maar de prijs was niet correct. het zwembad lag buiten met een straat tussen het huis en het zwembad. de tuin was de oprit waar de auto's stonden. er zijn 4 slaapkamers maar we konden maar 2 airco's aanzetten of de electriciteit viel uit. als de oven en afwasmachine samen aanstonden viel de electriciteit ook uit. aan het zwembad maar 2 kleine parasols en de tafel buiten om te eten aan de keuken had ook bijna geen schaduw. er was geen parasol dus hebben we ons moeten behelpen met lakens om schaduw te creëren. de stapelbedden waren kapot. er is een kindje van 7 uit het bed gevallen omdat de barrière niet vast staat. voor de prijs van 5250€ voor 1 week verwachten we wel meer dan dit. helaas

We had a nice stay in a large group at Daniela’s place. The house is spacious and comfortable and the kitchen well equipped and workable. We enjoyed spending time at the pool, which is very well maintained and quite nice. The location is definitely a bit out of the way and unfortunately there isn’t much at walking distance from the house. There is a tiny town center but no coffee shop or store available there. The kitchen is large enough for up to a dozen people, but the living area is definitely not, accommodating maybe five at most. Not a huge issue for us but I thought it worth mentioning. I do want to mention that the beds were quite comfortable, unlike other reviewers mentioned. I do want to mention a few things that the listing doesn’t clarify enough. The pool is separate from the house. That is, you have to leave the main property through the gate, cross a non busy, small road (not dangerous at all, but kids should be supervised), go through a separate gate and climb down a steep hill with steep steps to get to the pool area. That was not a problem for us, but more importantly it wasn’t at all clear from the listing. The pros are that the pool is completely separate so there is no risk for children to wander over there unsupervised. The cons, that it’s not the most accessible or convenient. The host asked us to take the trash out to the town trash and recycling receptacles down the road. Again not really an issue for us but it should probably be clarified in the listing. We were told at checkin not to use more than two AC units at a time otherwise the breaker would go off. That ended up being fine for us but if the heat was much worse it may have been a problem. Finally I want to mention that the house is not a “villa” in the sense of a free standing house with a large garden, as the term is often used, but a semi-detached house with a small gated yard.
