Our family of four - mom, dad, and two young teens spent eight nights at Nicolas's place in the Villeray neighborhood. The house was incredibly well-stocked and comfortable - this is probably because I believe this is his family's primary home. That said, they did a great job of preparing the house for visitors to stay there. We were very comfortable, and Nicolas was very responsive to any questions I had - we wanted to make sure we were taking great care of their home. The location is great. Super easy walk to two metro stations, bus lines, etc. With the exception of an uber to/from the airport, we used public transit to get all over Montreal. Great shops and restaurants nearby. The brunch place on the corner is literally 20 steps away and was tasty. There's a new pizza place less than a block away (Maps Pizza - just opened a month ago) that was to die for. We also enjoyed playing card games at the EtOH brewery nearby. Highly recommend Nicolas's place and would return again.

We enjoyed our stay at Nicolas’s home. It had easy access to the Metro. The first floor kitchen and living room was very spacious and comfortable. I would recommend for a small family.

Nicolas was an excellent host. The neighborhood was wonderful, residential but also within walking distance of all the necessities as well as coffee shops, restaurants, Jarry Park, and the Metro. We did not use the pool but it looked very inviting. I have one word of advice to prospective guests: The inside stairway is quite steep and there is no hand railing. Anyone with a young child (we had a 2-year-old) needs to be prepared to supervise carefully. Overall, I would highly recommend Nicolas' home.

This is a beautiful home in an incredible neighborhood in Montreal. We are a family of five and it was the perfect setting for a summer family vacation.
