Wonderful stay. Ivo met us down in the village and drove with us to the villa, showed us around and explained everything that we needed. As others have said the location of this place is spectacular, with the roof terrace giving total privacy and wonderful views. The villa itself was very clean, well equipped and generally met our expectations, although we were a little disappointed by the bathroom. Prigradica is a charming little place with a well stocked supermarket and a couple of good restaurants, we eat 3 times at the one recommended by Ivo and despite them having a limited menu as they were soon to shut all meals were excellent. Overall a very special place with a great host, thank you Ivo.

Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben und die Aussicht die man hat ist unglaublich. Alles war sehr sauber und wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Ivo hat uns bei Anliegen immer direkt geantwortet, Tipps gegeben und geholfen. Vielen Dank Ivo!

This is by far our best find and best value for money we have found in Airbnb. On arrival the accommodation was clean, cool and even more beautiful than the photos had portrayed. The facilities are amazing and were enjoyed by kids and grown up alike. We especially enjoyed bbqing and eating together whilst enjoying the breathtaking views on the balcony, cooling down in the pool and stargazing from the terrace at night. We even saw dolphins which was wonderful. From the apartment it’s a 10-15 min walk to the nearby restaurants which were both lovely and good value. With great communication before and during our stay, to helping us with our luggage as well as leaving welcoming refreshments for us on arrival Ivo was an exceptional host. We stayed during a particularly hot spell and the ice maker was a most welcome added bonus! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ivo’s place to anyone looking for a beautiful, peaceful, stress free holiday

Wow what an incredible house Ivo and Borka have in the most beautiful location! The house is exactly as described with fantastic facilities, a beautiful veranda to eat your meals, barbecue then the fabulous rooftop terrace with brand new pool. Oh and the hot tub too. We particularly enjoyed the pool and terrace - perhaps a bit smaller than the photos suggest but brilliant for us. But the best thing were the views - sun rise and sunset gazing out to sea. We also enjoyed stargazing from the terrace at night. Insect repellent important but didn't bother us. Ivo was a perfect host - great communication before and during our stay and super helpful. He picked us up from the port (we caught the ferry from Split straight to Prigradica) and drove us to the house down the road. And surprised us with wine, beer juice and a platter of cheese and ham on our arrival! Prigradica is quiet but beautiful. You can swim directly underneath the house, or at the beach. Great local restaurant too. Perfect!

Geweldige uitzicht op de zee van zonsopgang tot zonsondergang. Ivo is een goede gastheer. Makkelijk mee te communiceren en helpt graag om ons verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Ik had pech met mijn waterscooter en Ivo is mij komen helpen met zijn bootje. Nogmaals hartelijk dank!
