Very good host. Ertug Did awaited for me as my late flight 11;30 at night, with issues like lost baggage did went well after 01;30 night time. I was "lucky" to get taxi driver who tried to charge 3000 tl for the trip , but thanks to Ertug help with communicating the driver 1060 tl was paid in total. Ertug spoke to Turkish airlines and I had my luggage found and delivered to the place in couple of days time I was eating delicious Turkish food, given necessities, advise and help with everything I need.

I had a wonderful time staying with Ertug and his family. The room had everything necessary for a short stay, has a nice view and in general, hosts keep their flat very clean. The bathroom was spacious, spotless, and allocated solely for my use, which was great. Ertug and his family made me feel very welcomed, we had some great chats about lots of things. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach area with nice restaurants and a promenade. Highly recommend this host.

Mit Ertug und seiner Frau haben wir einen Gastgeber angetroffen, bei dem wir uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Nach einer langen Reise nach der Ankunft mit einem Tee empfangen zu werden, ist sehr freundlich, auf Nachfrage des Gastgebers aber auch noch einen Imbiss serviert zu bekommen: Extraklasse! Am Abreisetag gab es sogar ein türk. Geburtstagsfrühstück! Der Gastgeber spricht ausreichend Englisch und stand jederzeit mit Informationen und Tipps zur Verfügung ohne dabei aufdringlich zu wirken. Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer Penthouse Wohnung mit teilweisem Blick bis zum Marmarameer. Den Gästen steht ein Bad zur alleinigen Nutzung zur Verfügung. Es befindet sich gegenüber dem Schlafraum. Die Lokation verfügt über eine gute Anbindung zum ÖPNV. Mit Bus oder Bahn gelangt man in kaum mehr als 1 h in die Altstadt nach Istanbul. Empfehlenswert ist die S-Bahn Marmaray. Zum Airport IST - knapp 50 km entfernt, benötigt man mind. 2 h mit mehrmaligem Umsteigen! Taxi: mindestens 25 €.

Very nice and friendly family. You will have your own room with a sofa bed and a bathroom to use across the hall. It's 2 mins from the sea and nice promenade along the beach. Very quiet and nice area. The train that can take you to the city centre is a 10 mins walk from the place.
