I had a fantastic summer stay at Cate's house. Her property is well-equipped with excellent utilities, and Cate is an exceptional host, known for her warm and welcoming nature that instantly makes you feel at home. The location is incredibly convenient, near the 250 bus route (2 mins to the bus stop), providing easy access to the Bellevue Transit Center. Moreover, Cate's house is ideally positioned between Redmond and Kirkland. I will gladly recommend her place and eagerly anticipate the opportunity to be her guest again.

Catherine was an amazing host! She was very quick to fix any issues that came up during my stay. Also, she is very kind and attentive so definitely recommended for long stays! The place is in a great location, very centric to everything! Nevertheless, the room and house are always in top condition and privacy is very well respected. The community is also very welcoming and warm! 100/10

Great location, and the room was clean and comfortable (and plenty warm in the winter!) Cate is a terrific host, she goes above and beyond to make her guests feel at home. Her local knowledge helped me pick a garage to get some work done on my car with confidence. I would definitely stay again.
