had an excellent stay at Jan's Airbnb! He was incredibly clear and prompt in his communication, making the whole booking process a breeze. Jan's punctuality for both check-in and check-out was impressive, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. Jan was very welcoming and organized. The check in and check out was pleasant and efficient. The apartment is very lovely with all needed items. The metro is a 5 minute walk and so is a grocery store. All in all the stay was wonderful and just what I needed as a temporary home in Berlin.

Jan is an excellent host. His communication is excellent. The apartment is spacious, neat and had almost everything that I needed. WIFI was installed towards the end of my stay. The apartment is close to the train station which makes it easier to access the city center.

Jan è un Host eccellente. Avevo bisogno di prenotare l'intero alloggio per un mese, e lui mi ha preparato tutti i documenti necessari per una sorta di 'affitto' di lungo periodo. Come da lui richiesto, gli ho scritto un messaggio prima di prenotare, e ho avuto un lunghissimo carteggio prima di poter avviare la prenotazione. La sua precisione e puntualità si poteva desumere anche dall'appartamento, che alla consegna era pulito e profumava di disinfettante. Una foto del contatore e istruzioni su lavatrice ed elettrodomestici vari hanno accompagnato il momento del check-in. L'appartamento è lontano dal centro, ma in una zona tranquilla e vicinissima alla metropolitana (U-Bahn) U5, una delle linee più importanti della città, con le quali si può arrivare direttamente alla stazione centrale (Hauptbahnhoff) e ad Alezander platz. Jan is an excellent host. He prepared me all the necessarily documents tho have a long term rental of the entire flat for one month. I wrote him a message before booking, as he requires in its insertion, so I had a very long exchange of messages to clearly point out all the useful information. One can see his precision an his accuracy by the very good cleaning of the flat, which, the day of the check-in, had a very strong disinfectant scent. After showing the flat, the check-in was completed making a picture of the energy meter and a description of the washing machine and the other appliances. The flat is quite far from the city centre, but it is placed in a very quiet zone and very close to one stop of the underground (U-Bahn) U5. This line is one of the most important line of the public transportation, with which you can go directly to the central station (Hauptbahnhof) and the square of Alexander platz.
