Beautiful and very clean apartment, located next to hospital, shopping centers and airport!!!!. Great communication, was ver helpful and attentive. Will definitely come back!

Very clean and very safe!!! Beautiful apartment with beautiful views!! comfortable bed, with everything needed. Also right across is Mall del Sol which has a supermarket!! guards all night, gym and pool. Definitely coming back.

Mabel was very helpful and accommodating (got me extra blankets). I’ve stayed at her place twice. It’s easy to check-in, the building staff are always pleasant and I felt safe.

Fantastic stay! The apartment is just like in the pictures, super clean and tidy. Very secure building and walkway to the mall opposite the street. Mabel is a great host, very attentive and friendly. Also very much appreciated the flexibility in check in and check out timings, given the apartment’s availability. As the frying pan was quite scratched already, Mabel was super helpful in immediately replacing and providing two ones together with some salt & pepper. Can only recommend, a very calm and comfortable place to stay.

I travel to Ecuador every year, and when i am in Guayaquil I all possible I love to say at on of Ms. Mabel apartments. The location is great, the view from the windows is perfect seeing the mall in front of you. There is no noise expect here and there a police siren. The apartment is great has everything you need even hot water. If you need something just as Ms. Mabel i know she would work with you and try to accommodate you.
