My baby and I really enjoyed the location of Carla’s place. Right near the beach, close to a convenient store, and Carla even had bikes and beach things that we could use. We communicated with Carla the entire time via text. The center shared courtyard was really comfortable. The one thing that was a bit peculiar is that when we checked out, we cleaned everything up and did the laundry; sheets and towels as requested. And then I got a text from Carla that wondered why I hadn’t vacuumed up some goldfish crumbs. She stated that it was now more work for her daughter to clean. I didn’t see vacuuming as a checkout expectation…. Other than that, enjoyed my time in Newport immensely!

We used this as an adjunct to other accommodation , for our family to attend a wedding. Location was good for us. Communication was good. There is just no facility to wash dishes as instructions don’t allow washing dishes in the bathroom yet there’s no dishwasher and no other place to wash them

This was a perfect place for just me while visiting my daughter in Irvine. Parking spot was convenient and I enjoyed the shared patio. Enjoyed quick easy walk to the beach! You can hear the footsteps from people upstairs, but had fair warning about that. It wasn’t too bad for me. Angel, the dog, brought a smile to my face! Thanks for your hospitality. I was very comfortable.

Great place. Bikes in good shape and easy to ride around. Very close to coffee and restaurants. Nice grocery store a few blocks away. The beach very close and chairs and umbrella a nice touch! We enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay at Carla's place! Hosts made us feel welcome. Courtyard was wonderful and gave us a nice little private outside space
