We had a wonderful time at this beautiful place. We were 4 people and had a lot of space having the whole apartment at our disposal. The house is well equipped, a functional kitchen invited to prepare our own meals. Best of all is the garden with a breathtaking view across the sea and towards Piran. We had our meals out there enjoying the panorama most of the time. Matiaz welcomed us at our arrival and was very kind and helpful providing information whenever needed. Most recommendable place!

We book the house 1 week for the end of August. We were 8 people, therfore we book the entire house. In the house you have all facilities that you can need. The kitchen is well equipped, you have all you need to cook or have breakfast (even salt and olive oil). The bathrooms as well (with hairdryer, shampoo, soup, towels). There is A/C if needed, TV, etc. The best thing in the house is the big garden and the amazing views! We were allowed to have grapes and figs from the garden, which were very tasty. The location is fantastic, you walk 5min down the stairs to the stone beach and 5min to the town Piran. If you have movility problems it can be difficults since the house is a bit up hill. However that allows you an amazing view and privacy, as well as parking for the cars, which is a great advantage, because in Piran it's difficult to park. Piran is a very beautiful city, very lively. The contact to Ana Roza and her father was perfect. Her father was very attentive and friendly, communication was great. One of our family members had birthday during the holidays and the father from Ana Roza had the detail to left him some chocolates. So I can only recommend this place. It was the best experience we had with Arbnb until now. We will like to come back.

Der Garten, die Terrassen und der Blick aufs Meer sind wirklich wunderbar einladend zum Ausspannen und Genießen. Wir hatten mit 6 Personen beide Wohnungen gemietet. Alles für das alltägliche Leben ist da, die Betten sind gut . Man kann an mehreren Orten zusammensitzen oder sich auch ein einzelnes ruhiges Plätzchen suchen. Schnell gelangt man über den etwas steilen Weg hinab in den Ort, was beim Rückweg eine willkommene Herausforderung darstellt. Matjaž kümmert sich gut um seine Gäste. A good place to be!
