We had a lovely Easter weekend with our families. The accommodation was bright and cheery and very spacious.

There were a few issues with this accommodation which made it poor value. The space was very untidy. The carpets are foul - old and stained. same goes for the couches. The bathroom sink was blocked and had a terrible stench. There are a number of additional fees that are only disclosed upon booking, and the booking is non refundable. For transparency for future travellers - it is expected that you wash the dishes and unpack the dishwasher too.

The space is lovely, exactly as described in photos, very clean and easy to find. However, I don’t think I’d stay again as the host was totally unresponsive during correspondence - the wifi did not work at all for the entirety of our stay and despite reading our very polite messages asking for assistance - they never responded at all. Again, The proximity to the beach and town are wonderful. The yard and porch are very nice. It’s a little strange that there’s only one bathroom and you have to go through the kitchen and laundry room to access it - but that would be fine for a family that’s very comfortably around each other. The total lack of communication regarding the wifi not working was pretty disappointing.
