Top location, room big enough for one person, very clean and the location is hard to beat. Giuliano and I had a little misunderstanding regarding the check in time, so i has to wait quite long, but he is incredibly friendly abd helpful and this was the only thing. Would book this place again if i return to Firenze.

Giuliano's apartment was perfect for what I needed in Florence - a nice, clean and comfy room in the heart of the city. It was a 5 minute walk to the Uffizi gallery, the Ballergo, Santa Croce and the Duomo - it really could not have been in a better location. Also, it is located on a side street so the noise from the busy center did not prevent me from sleeping or anything. Giuliano was also a very gracious and attentive host, and was there for me anytime I needed him. Great guy. Would recommend staying here 10/10 times. Thanks Giuliano!

Guiliano met us at the apartment for check in and explained the home to us and was very kind in helping us get settled in. The room and bathroom were clean and as described. There is a kitchen available for cooking which has everything that you need. We also really appreciated the use of the washing machine. The apartment is in a great neighborhood very close the sights but tucked away on a quiet beautiful street. I would recommend staying at this apartment!

My stay at Giulianio's place went great ! The room and the common areas were welcoming and clean. The host was also very friendly. I recommand this place ! :)
