You can choose between two houses. They are one next to the other. The house number 1 has been renovated for a little time but it hasn't got a garden. The house number 2 has a large kitchen and a nice garden. Both the houses are very nice. The houses is close to downtown. You can easily reach it walking. It has a terrace entrance, a hall, a large bedroom, a large living room with a dressing room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a laundry. It can host 4 people.

Magnífico alojamiento. Leonardo, el hijo de Daniela estuvo pendiente en todo momento y nos ofreció un estupendo recuerdo de la estancia. Apartamento muy cómodo y cerca del centro y con fácil aparcamiento.
Our host was Leonardo - we never met Daniela. Leonardo's place is on a quiet street. There is free street parking and the street is flat and fairly wide. Parking was not too hard to find for a small car. The apartment is in walking distance of the downtown area where good restaurants can be found. Leonardo was friendly and gave us good restaurant recommendations. The apartment is very large. One of the two heat pump units was not working, but Leonardo supplied a space heater which worked well. There was no hot water when we arrived but we found the water heater in the laundry room and it is controlled by a wall switch. We could get hot water in the bathroom sink only by turning on the shower. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. There are a few steps between the bedroom and the living room.
Daniela and Leo were wonderful hosts. Daniela baked us a cake upon our arrival, Leo gave us great restaurant recommendations and then gave us a ride to the bus station when we departed. Their place is less than a 10 minute walk to downtown Noto. The apartment is quiet, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The hot water heater is in the small laundry room and it is wise to ensure that it is turned on after you arrive. We had a great dinner at Nache (Leo recommendation) and had a fabulous time with AirBnB Cooking Experience hosts, Fabio & Annarella, at their farm. You can find them at threefarmsisland. We will stay here next time we are in Noto.
siamo stati qui per 2 settimane e ci siamo trovati molto bene, comodo per arrivare nel centro storico a piedi in 10 min e quindi lontano da confusione anche se meno caratteristico,senza problemi di parcheggio e silenzioso la notte e grazie a daniela per tutto (torta di mele ottima) ,se e quando tornerò a noto sicuramente proverò a prenotare qui. GRAZIE
Abbiamo passato 8 giorni a Noto nell’appartamento proposto da Daniela. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, é stato molto semplice comunicare con L host, ci ha sempre risposto velocemente. L appartamento è situato a 10 min a piedi dalla cattedrale di noto. La posizione è ottimale in quanto nel centro è difficile trovare posteggio, qui invece si può posteggiare proprio davanti a casa... L appartamento è più grande di quanto risulta in foto.. x due persone è davvero super confortevole, un po’ scuro, ma visto il caldo estivo, è stato piacevole stare un po’ più al buio e sopratutto al fresco:) appartamento consigliato per chi vuole visitare noto e d’intorni. Se torniamo soggiorniamo sicuramente ancora una volta qui!

Going out from the house there's a beautiful view of the old city centre .
You have absolutely try some of the restaurants of the town because each of them offer you different tasty dishes. I will give some advise when you are here.
There is a bus stop nearby. There you can catch the bus to go to the seaside. You can take a coach to Catania airport (about 1 hour from Noto) or to other touristic cities from Pantheon square, 10 minutes walk from the house.
You can easily park your car in front of the house. Parking is free there.
From the airport you must follow the directions to the motorway Siracusa-Gela and after about one hour take the exit to Noto, then turn left and follow the directions to Noto.
