Rahbar is incredibly welcoming host. He made all the best. And he also cooks very good, I recommend to try his kebab and fried potatoes. He is nice and always ready to answer your questions. I really appreciate this. Can't say the same about the house. There is only one bathroom for two floors, so it's always occupied, there are puddles on the floor, sand and hair in the bathtub. Rooms are stuffy and have no air conditioning or fans. At +33C it is a problem. Also pets are allowed inside (in description it says - not). Once I found guys with dog on the couch near the dining table. Dog was barking in early morning next to my door. And the internet is very unstable and slow. No way you can use it normally. The breakfast is always the same - two eggs and two sausages, sometimes not fresh. But it's close to airport - only 15 minutes to drive. Beach is in 40 minutes by bus. City center is about 40-50 minutes by public transport (bus and metro).

Staying at Rahbar's was a really great decision. He made us feel very welcome and made sure that all our arrangements were closely coordinated. The rooms are as pictured -- and his place is just beautiful and spacious! Staying at a local's house definitely beats staying at a hotel. The place is quite far from the Old City and the City Center though so just make sure that your schedule allows for a bit of travel time. Rahbar makes a private taxi available so moving around is convenient. His family also made sure that things were all well. His nephews even took us to the beach which was a wonderful treat and his wife's sister also prepared us food. All in all, a lovely time.

What you are looking for in Baku? Nice and clean bed with perfect airconditioning? A flat with special kitchen that you can prepare what food you like? A Bathroom with hot water and washing machine? A garden with kinds of fresh fruits and vegetables that you can take anytime you like? Different rooms decorated for different taste of customers? An area between center of city, airport and nice coasts of Caspian Sea? During our stay at Rahbar Hasanovs villa we found all these and many more. Mr.Hasanov is a real gentelman who cares about his guests by perfect way. His special chicken grill is something I will never forget as taste. In center of Baku you stay in Hilton, Four Seasons or which big chain hotel you like and enjoy time by ordinary way. But at Mr. Hasanovs villa you enjoy different tastes of Baku and has chance to enjoy same tastes that you can have during your stay at all those chain hotels. I advice you to try here. You won't miss something.

Rahbar was very very nice! He helped us with basecally everything and made sure that we had a awesome stay. The house was beautiful and even a lot better than we expected based on the pictures. The fridge was full of eggs of his own chickens, so we had some nice breakfast, we couldnt feel more at home :)
